Crystal Palace join Everton in race for Swedish starlet
Crystal Palace have joined the clubs chasing the signature of AIK Stockholm winger Nabil Bahoui, according to the Daily Express.
The £2.5million rated winger is also reportedly a target for Sunderland, Everton and Cardiff City.
New Palace manager Tony Pulis has already set about identifying January transfer targets, as he begins his task of attempting to keep Crystal Palace in the Premier League for the first time in their history.
Palace have suffered relegation in each of their previous top flight campaigns, and currently sit in 19th place, although just three points behind 17th placed West Ham.
Pulis was in the stands to witness Palace’s heroic win over Hull City on Saturday.
Barry Bannan scored the only goal at the KC Stadium, as Palace picked up their first league win since August, and their first away from home all season.
The result was all the more impressive considering Palace were down to 10 men, after the controversial sending off of Yannick Bolasie in the second half.
Now Pulis is hoping he can see off the competition from his new Premier League rivals to secure the signature of the former Seden under-19 international in January.
Palace’s new Sporting Director Ian Moody had identified the player as a target for Cardiff during his time as head of recruitment, before he was sacked recently by the Welsh club.
