Uruguay 0 Jordan 0 (agg 5-0): Suarez books Brazil ticket despite firing blank in qualifier
Luis Suarez will take his place at the World Cup in Brazil after Uruguay secured their ticket to the championships with a 0-0 draw against Jordan on Wednesday.
The South American side, the last of the 32 teams to qualify, held a 5-0 lead over their opponents heading into the second leg of their qualifier, and secured a draw despite missing a host of chances.
Their attentions will now turn to the draw for the group stages which takes place on December 6.

Liverpool owner John W Henry has laid on his private jet in a bid to speed up the striker's return with the Anfield side traveling to Everton for the lunchtime kick-off.
The fight time from Montevideo to Liverpool is over 16 hours, but manager Brendan Rodgers will hope to have his star man, who has scored eight goals from six appearances this term.

Uruguay finished fourth at the 2010 World Cup, the best finish of any South American team.They have also twice won the tournament.
It's the fourth consecutive time Uruguay has gone into an intercontinental playoff to reach the World Cup.
They defeated Costa Rica to reach the 2010 World Cup, but lost to Australia in 2005 after defeating the Australians in 2001.
