Premier League - Paper Round: Chelsea eye record swoop for Falcao
Chelsea target Radamel Falcao; Arsenal make fresh moves for Karim Benzema; and a report of a bust-up involving Jose Mourinho at the weekend - here are the main stories making headlines in today's newspapers.
Mourinho back in for Falcao: Chelsea
boss Jose Mourinho is back in the hunt for Radamel Falcao as the search
for the Blues' next number nine continues, reports the Daily Mirror.
The Portuguese manager will take a look at the Monaco striker when he
turns out for Colombia against Belgium on Thursday as he weighs up what
would be a British record £60 million bid. The report mentions "whispers
of a potential quick move out of France", which have alerted Chelsea.

Wenger still keen on Benzema: Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is making fresh moves for Real Madrid star Karim Benzema, according to the Daily Mirror. Wenger is still desperate to add a striker to his squad in January and the paper reports that the France international is more open to a move in the New Year than he was over the summer, when he snubbed Arsenal's advances.
Paper Round's view: What the report fails to mention is why Benzema is now willing to consider a move to the Emirates. What has changed since the summer? Well, it would appear that Arsenal are now title contenders, but something has changed at Madrid too - Benzema has forged a scary tri-pronged strike force - along with Crisitiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale - that is taking Spain by storm. Would he want to leave that, just as it is beginning to flourish?

Mourinho in 'Mickey Mouse' bust-up: The Daily Telegraph reports that Jose Mourinho was involved in a "huge tunnel bust-up" at Stamford Bridge on Saturday after branding West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson “a Mickey Mouse player”. The article claims that there was a confrontation involving almost 20 players, with Chelsea stewards and staff members stepping in to act as peacemakers. Another choice quote from the incident was Olsson's “Shut up and f--- off", directed at Mourinho before the pair squared up to each other.
Paper Round's view: With the referee not including the post-match incident in his report, this is most likely going to be a storm in a tea-cup, especially since Mourinho apparently went on to shake hands with Olsson when West Brom players were boarding their team bus. Still it's a cracking tale.

United eye up move for Reus: Manchester United are weighing up an ambitious move for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus in January, reports The Times. The report claims that any deal could lead to Shinji Kagawa returning to the Bundesliga side. Reus has three-and-a-half years left to run on his contract with Dortmund but the deal has a buy-out clause of €35 million (about £29 million).
Paper Round's view: United are still short of a goalscoring midfielder who actually plays and scores goals from midfield, so Reus would be a decent addition for David Moyes. While Kagawa has struggled out wide, the Germany international can play there, meaning Wayne Rooney's position just behind Robin van Persie need not be compromised.
