'If we [Belgium] want to get the best out of Kevin, it's best if he leaves [Chelsea].'

Since the closing of the summer transfer market, de Bruyne has been speculatively linked with moves to Anderlecht, Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg. His transfermarkt.co.uk valuation is £15m.
Maintaining the theme of youngsters and another talent that Chelsea may miss out on is one who was never theirs in the first place but had been rumoured to join the club in the winter window.

According to reports, Saido Berahino will re-commit to current employer West Bromwich Albion, over exiting the club mid-season. Arsenal were also said to be interested in the player, according to the Express and Star.
