Quagliarella eager for 'special' Napoli match
The 30-year-old is excited to face his boyhood
team on Sunday as the Bianconeri face last season's runners-up in a
crucial Serie A clash
Juventus striker Fabio Quagliarella is eagerly anticipating Sunday's Serie A clash with Napoli. The striker was born in Castellammare di Stabia, a suburb of Naples, and grew up supporting the Partenopei before spending a season playing for the club in 2009-10.
"It's going to be a great game for anyone who loves the sport," he told Juventus Channel.
"We are two extraordinary teams, and I am convinced it will be a great game. It's going to be a special match.
"Napoli are my team, the side that I have always supported. We know that we're going to have to keep errors to a minimum if we're going to win."
Last season's top two sides are currently deadlocked on 28 points after 11 games, three behind league leaders Roma, who face Sassuolo earlier on Sunday.
