Mourinho labels Baggies defender Olsson a 'Micky Mouse player' as pair clash following controversial penalty decision

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and West Bromwich defender Jonas Olsson were at the centre of a furious tunnel row in the aftermath of Saturday's fiery draw.  

The pair were involved in an angry bust-up as they left the Stamford Bridge pitch just moments after referee Andre Marriner awarded Chelsea a controversial injury time penalty that Eden Hazard converted to secure a 2-2 draw.

Initially, the duo were embroiled in a foul-mouthed slanging match, with Mourinho calling Olsson a 'Micky Mouse player' while the Swede told the Blues manager to 'f*** off'.

The clash sparked an ugly melee in the Stamford Bridge tunnel, involving up to 20 players from both sides before match-day stewards and coaching staff quickly moved in to de-escalate the confrontation.

Tensions between the duo were tested merely 30 minutes later as the pair came within touching distance of each other as the players left their respective dressing rooms before leaving the stadium.

The pair are believed to have settled their differences before Olsson boarded the West Bromwich team coach.

Tempers were already running high thanks to Marriner's decision to award the home side a vital spot kick for Steven Reid's innocuous challenge on Ramires.

The decision infuriated West Brom manager Steve Clarke - who remains close friends with Mourinho following their time working together at Chelsea - and his players.

Nevertheless, Mourinho refused to concede the referee had made the wrong decision, whilst also claiming Marriner failed to spot a foul on Branislav Ivanovic in the lead up to Stephane Sessegnon's goal that gave the Baggies a 2-1 advantage.

'There is no doubt (it was a penalty),' said Mourinho. 
'And I am in no doubt that there is a big mistake from the referee for their second goal, so if someone has a reason to be upset (it is us).  

'But I don't change my opinion, Andre is one of the best in England and Europe, for me. And I won't my opinion because he has one bad game.'
