Manchester United and Arsenal ponder transfer of Kelechi Iheanacho after U17 World Cup supershow
The striker was named player of the tournament after scoring seven goals and adding six assists for champions Nigeria
Manchester United have joined the clubs chasing Nigerian wonderkid Kelechi Iheanacho.
As well as the champions, striker-hungry Arsenal also watched the striker star in the recent Under-17s World Cup in the United Arab Emirates.
The 17-year-old won the Golden Ball as the tournament's best player.
He scoredsix goals in seven matches - including one in Nigeria's victory over Mexico in the final and four in one match (see below) against the same opposition in the group phase - and also provided seven assists.
Iheanacho said: "It is my dream to play in England."
