Loan Round Up: Bebe back in business, Henriquez fires a blank and Amos makes debut
Loan Watch
It looked like Amos would end his debut for the Cumbrians with a clean sheet and a win but the visitors struck back with a late goal. In the 88th minute, Clarke to burst through on the right, his shot had purpose and Amos wasn’t able to get his hands on it. The game ended 1-1.
Angelo Henriquez (Real Zaragoza) - Henriquez played 67 minutes in Zaragoza’s 3-0 loss to Real Jaen. Henriquez had an early chance when he got on the end of a corner but his header went wide.
Henriquez had another attempt later when he controlled the ball well with his right foot before he shot with his left but again his effort went wide.
He was replaced by Diego Suarez in the 67th minute.
Bébé (Paços de Ferreira) - Bébé returned to training today after he dislocated his shoulder in Paços’ last league fixture. His movement was still somewhat limited by his injury but hopefully this means he isn’t too far away from a return to first team action.
Davide Petrucci (Royal Antwerp) - Petrucci was unavailable for Royal Antwerp in their last match against FC Dessel due to a knee injury which he picked up in training. Currently it is unknown whether Petrucci will be fit enough to make the squad for their next match on Saturday.
