FIFA agent confirms Chelsea deal is close as clubs in talks
Chelsea striker Demba Ba is keen on a move to Turkey with Besiktas in January.
With Chelsea thought to be reluctant to do business with a Premier League rival a move to Turkey may be more appealing.
And reports coming out of Turkey suggest that Ba is keen on the idea.
Ba is reported to have held top-secret talks with Besiktas on a recent trip to Istanbul, although Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are also thought to be interested.
According to FIFA agent Ceylan Caliskan, no deal has been agreed yet but it may just be a matter of time.
He said: ”I talk closely with Demba Ba, he wants to play for a Turkish club but I can’t comment on a transfer yet.” (Daily Express)
The man is done in London and a move away may be the best thing for him
