Tottenham: Odds slashed on AVB to be sacked
Exclusive
Spurs have not had the best start to the season, struggling in front of goal despite spending big on new attacking players during the summer, and the pressure is really on their manager after their humiliating 6-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
William Hill, partners of SportsDirect News have cut Villas-Boas from 25/1 to 16/1 following this latest setback, and others have been even less forgiving.
Ladbrokes have seen one of the biggest changes, with AVB going from 33/1 to 9/1 in their eyes as being the next boss to be shown the door.
Sky Bet now have him at just 8/1, second only behind Fulham's Martin Jol, whose side lie in 18th place and look set for a battle with relegation this season.
