Manchester United and Arsenal on Alert About Italian Star

pirlo
As rumors all over Italy are spreading the words that Andrea Pirlo may not continue his career at Juventus due to his contract ending this season, England’s major clubs are keeping an eye on the midfielder in order to tempt him in a move next year. Real Madrid, making good use of Pirlo's friendship with
Ancelotti, are also after the services of the world champion player, but retirement is also a possibility. The 34 year-old footballer has not been promised a renewal and his future isn’t linked to his current club as it’s supposed to. The Italian team is not sure about keeping up with a player whose salary is among the top of the league, especially while his performances are starting to decline because of his age.  Although the directors and the manager of Juventus haven’t made up their minds yet, competitors are starting to come out.
The mix of undesirable form and the lack of creativity when it comes down to building a play has made

Moyes trigger the alarm button all over United's board of directors. Even though Arsenal have many options in the double pivot area, a future sale of Cazorla or Ramsey should not be dismissed. With the resurgence of the playmaker, just a few steps back down the pitch, Pirlo meets both club demands perfectly: Experience, technique and temper.

According to the Mirror, Manchester United and Arsenal are not the only clubs interested in hiring the Italian, as Premier League rivals Tottenham are also monitoring the midfielder. Moreover, Real Madrid is prepared to put together a transfer offer with an extra ingredient: Carlo Ancelotti. Both the coach and player shared their stardom for 9 years (2001-2009) at AC Milan.

There’s still a long way to go before we know if Pirlo will continue his career at Juventus or if he's set to leave for a final triumph somewhere else, but the rumors of Arsenal's and Manchester United's interest reveals that both fans and clubs alike are keeping an eye on the developing situation in Turin.
