Liverpool CONFIRM Luis Suarez will face Manchester United tonight, full team news here

LIVERPOOL have confirmed Luis Suarez has been included in there match squad to face Manchester United in their Carling Cup clash tonight.

The Anfield side revealed the news on Twitter, listing the news that Victor Moses and Daniel Sturridge would also be in the starting line-up.

They wrote: "Confirmed #LFC team v #mufc: Mignolet, Toure, Sakho, Skrtel, Enrique, Henderson, Lucas, Gerrard, Moses, Suarez, Sturridge.

"Confirmed #LFC subs v #mufc: Jones, Alberto, Aspas, Sterling, Ibe, Kelly, Wisdom."
Manchester United have also confirmed Wayne Rooney, Giggs, Rafael, Jones, Januzaj are among the matchday squad.
 They tweeted: "team: De Gea, Rafael, Evans, Smalling, Buttner, Nani, Jones, Giggs, Kagawa, Rooney, Hernandez."
"Subs: Amos, Fabio, Anderson, Carrick, Zaha, Januzaj, Welbeck."

Luis Suarez has served his ten match ban

Suarez is guaranteed an extra-special hostile reception when he makes his first ­appearance of the campaign, having served his 10-match ban for biting Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic last season.


Suarez hasn’t been forgiven at Old Trafford for racially abusing United defender Patrice Evra in October 2011, which earned him an eight-match ban and worldwide infamy.
But Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers insists Suarez will rise to the occasion tonight rather than be bullied into a corner.

“I don’t think he will bat an eyelid at that,” said Rodgers. “He is resilient and one of the ­strongest-willed characters I have ever met in my life.
