With Gareth Bale having left for Real Madrid, some may have hoped the issue of diving would have gone with him to Spain.
But then Ashley Young took a couple of tumbles in Manchester United's victory over Crystal Palace at the weekend and the debate has returned.
So we've picked out the footballers more deserving of an Oscar than a spot-kick in our countdown of the worst divers in football.
