Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is planning new contract talks with three veteran players.

Per Mertesacker, 28, who helped convince Germany team-mate Ozil to move to Arsenal, is into the final two years of his contract.
Creative midfielder Tomas Rosicky, 32, is in the final year of his contract and has already admitted that his ambition is to prove this season that he is worth a new deal.
