EVERTON are close to completing a loan deal for Romelu Lukaku.

Belgian sources have confirmed the transfer is will go through before the deadline at 11pm tonight.
A deal taking the starlet away from the Blues looked unlikely after rumours mounted that Demba Ba was close to leaving the club for another Premier League.
 Chelsea have since stipulated they will not allow him to leave for a rival, leaving Arsenal with no hope of securing the Senegal international.
