PICTURE: Tottenham loanee Assou-Ekotto with away fans v Fulham
QPR defender on loan from Tottenham Hotspur joined fans of the Premier League side in the away stand at Craven Cottage.
Tottenham's Benoit Assou-Ekotto once famously said football was just a job to him, but he can't get enough of the game nowadays.Perhaps the joy of playing under Harry Redknapp again has cheered him up, because he looked genuinely thrilled to be in amongst the Tottenham away fans for their match last night.
Assou-Ekotto, currently on loan at QPR, didn't miss the chance to visit his side's rivals Fulham with the Spurs fans, and posted this photo on Twitter to recount his experience after the game.
Spurs won the game 2-1 thanks to a late Lewis Holtby winner, but it also means Assou-Ekotto may not be heading back to Spurs any time soon.
After falling out with Andre Villas-Boas, he recently commented he would only return if the manager departs, and with the club seemingly back on track - watching Spurs from the away end may be as close as he gets for now.
Were you in the away end with Assou-Ekotto?
