MORE FOR MOYESIf you see David Moyes doing his Christmas shopping, he probably has a list the size of the Dead Sea Scrolls and spends hours flicking from shelf to shelf trying to decide what to buy. Manchester United is being linked with practically every player to kick a ball at the moment - but AC Milan defender Cristian Zapata says he knows nothing about it.
United assistant coach Phil Neville recently flew to Italy to watch the Colombia international, according to The Mirror, as potential back-up for the creaking Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic. But Zapata is the very image of a poker face: "I do not know anything it," he told Italian TV. "I am just thinking about Milan."

And transfer Romeo Moyes isn't stopping there. Apparently he is also putting out the vibe to Porto left-back Sandro, after giving up on Leighton Baines as a replacement for Patrice Evra, says TalkSPORT.

The Telegraph says the Reds are now trying to convince themselves that the unstoppable Luis Suarez won't be signing for Real Madrid in the European summer by offering the Uruguayan a massive new contract to keep him at Anfield.
