Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro earned the moniker "The Beast" for a myriad of reasons: his forceful performances covering the Spurs back line, his physically imposing stature and his abundance of hair...everywhere.

He also made the outlandish claim to his club's official television station that he does not cry, and in third person, no less. Or do we call that third beast?
Either way, said station decided to put Sandro's confident, tearless words to the test. We'll call it "The Great Sandro Hair Ripping Experiment of 2013."

And so it was set—the Brazilian international would have a (limited) Brazilian wax on his legs to push the limits of his apparently perpetually dry eyes.
