Brendan Rodgers: Luis Suarez is not the main man... and neither is Daniel Sturridge

BRENDAN RODGERS has told Luis Suarez he won't be the main man at Liverpool when he returns from his ban.

And the Anfield boss has fired the same message to new Kop star Daniel Sturridge, who has already bagged five goals this season.
 Instead, Rodgers wants superstar team performances as he targets a top-four finish.
Liverpool travel to Swansea - Rodgers' old club - tonight.

Rodgers said: "Neither Luis or Daniel will be the main man. This isn’t the type of club for egos.

"We know what strikers are like, but I don’t think it’s an issue with either Daniel or Luis.
