Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Alexandre Pato is also attracting interest from Besiktas.
The former AC Milan striker looks likely to leave current side Corinthians in the January transfer window, and SportsDirect News now understands that Besiktas are the favourites to land him.
The Turkish giants are chasing a number of big-name signings this season, having also been linked with the likes of veteran pair Ronaldinho and Andrea Pirlo.

Corinthians had reportedly rejected a bid from Arsenal recently, and with the Gunners now set to switch their attention to other targets, Besiktas seem set to swoop in for the Brazilian forward.
Although he was once rated as one of the best young players in the world, Pato's form has dipped in recent years and he no longer looks like fulfilling his potential.
