Scolari doubts Ronaldinho return
Sixty-four-year-old Scolari was full of praise for the Barcelona forward who moved to Spain in the summer from Santos.
Scolari told reporters: "To play for Barca would be fantastic for anyone.
"Neymar is one of the best players in our team. It's reasonable that he made the switch."
On the potential return of Ronaldinho, now at Flamengo, Scolari insisted that the best Brazilian’s had been picked for his current squad.
Scolari added: "There is no need to ask about Ronaldinho anymore. I have talked about it in Brazil. The players you see here are selected by me and that's what we have now.
"I always select the best players of Brazil. Players must be up to the Brazil level of football."
Scolari will have the responsibility of trying to win the World Cup for Brazil next summer in front of their own fans. It is a daunting prospect but one the former Chelsea boss is looking forward to.
He said: "Of course it's great to play it in Brazil. People in Brazil will help us build up a fantastic atmosphere. Of course pressure is normal."
