The Nerazzurri's veteran midfielder believes they need to be more ruthless in front of goal and was disappointed with his side's dropped points at home to Sampdoria.
Inter midfielder Esteban Cambiasso bemoaned his side's inability to find a clinical edge after it drew 1-1 at home to Sampdoria.

The Nerazzurri opened the scoring through Colombian midfielder Freddy Guarin. However, they were unable to build upon their initial advantage and succumbed to an 89th minute equalizer from Sampdoria substitute Renan.

Inter failed to create too many chances against a resilient Biancocelesti side and Cambiasso was disappointed it was unable to be more ruthless in front of goal.

"We were not as good and attentive as we have been in previous games. These things can happen, after all football is a game, but for sure next time we will be better at exploiting the chances we create," he told Sky Italia after the game.

The result means that Walter Mazzarri's men remain in fourth position, a point and place away from the Champions League spots.

And though Inter extended uts unbeaten run to eight games, Cambiasso was irritated his side was unable to pick up three points and capitalize on Roma's slip-up away to Atalanta.

"Roma drew so our result changes nothing, we are in the same position as before," he said.
