The 32 year old has already told his Old Trafford employers that he intends on leaving the club at the end of the season, with David Moyes actively pursuing Everton star Leighton Baines as an ideal replacement for the French international.
Evra is out of contract at the end of the season and as such there will be no fee to sign the experienced defender and this may well be part of the reason why PSG and AS Monaco are willing to offer such a massive deal to the Man United man.
Evra is also set to receive a £5m signing on fee and though offers from PSG and AS Monaco are of the same value clearly a move to the principality would also make such a sum tax free.
Patrice Evra spent three and a half seasons at the Stade Louis II side prior to his £5.5m move to Man United in January 2006, since when the full-back has amassed a total of 347 appearances for the Premier League side.
