Manchester City star has offered his best wishes to former Arsenal assistant manager, Pat Rice, diagnosed with cancer.

Samir Nasri has not had the best relationship with Arsenal fans since leaving the club, in fact it has been pretty toxic.
From gloating over his title victory with Manchester City, to arguing with fan Piers Morgan via Twitter, he isn't a popular ex-player like former teammate Cesc Fabregas.


It hasn't been all one way, he was dubbed a money grabber, and a mercenary, by Arsenal fans - who even produced a banner, pictured above, to express their displeasure at the Frenchman.
The midfielder has offered an olive branch to that particular situation, or at least showed he is mature enough to set it aside, when there is a far more important situation is at stake.

Former Arsenal assistant manager Pat Rice, was today diagnosed with cancer, and has been hospitalised for treatment.
Nasri used his Twitter page to offer his best wishes to Rice, upon hearing the situation.
