FEELING THE PRESSURE: Martin Jol knows that more bad results could cost him his job [GETTY]
"You can lose once or twice but you can't lose four of five times on the trot because that will put you in a bad position.“If I was on the board or an owner I would be worrying”Martin Jol
"We speak about it, but you don't have to talk to an owner to be aware of the fact we need points to get back to a winning culture."
The Cottagers have lost their last four in a run of seven league defeats from 10.
Despite fan protests, Jol insists he will not quit, adding: "I will never walk away.
"I have to give more, work harder and communicate on the training pitch to give them what they want."
