Mazembe cruise into Confed Cup final

Trésor Mputu
TP
Mazembe booked their place in the final of the 2013 CAF Confederation
Cup with a 1-0 victory over Stade Malien on Saturday afternoon.
The victory hands the tie to the DR
Congo side 3-1 on aggregate and sets up a final meeting with either CS
Sfaxien or CA Bizertin, who play tomorrow.
The only goal of the game was scored from the penalty spot by Trésor Mputu inside the first seven minutes.
Stade can count themselves unlucky: they
had a goal by Souleymane Dembélé ruled out for offside and Cherif
Doumbia later hit the crossbar with a free-kick.
There were two red cards late in the
game, one for each side as first Patrick Ilongo got his marching orders
for a second bookable offence, before Abdoulaye Sissoko saw red too.
