Argentina boss Sabella: Messi has hamstring tear. It's worrying

Argentina boss Alejandro Sabella has confirmed Barcelona star Lionel Messi has a serious hamstring injury.

Sabella admits there's growing concerns over Messi's long-term fitness.
"We've spoken and it's almost certainly a tear. We'll have to wait on his recovery. He's been ruled out," he said.
Sabella's biggest concern regarding Messi was the prospect of a repeat injury:
"I'm no specialist, but it's worrying when players get injured in the same place. We have to be optimistic and keep calm."
